Find S & K

The two formulas that we will use for this are:
K=1/2(r)(s) and K=1/2(r^2)(theta)
Word Problem:
A sector of a circle has a radius of 6cm and a central angel of 0.5 radians. Find its arc length and area.
All right, so we are given r which is the radius and theta which is 0.5 radians, the central angle.
r=6cm
theta=0.5 radians
s=?
k=?
Now we need to find S and K so I am going to use the formula K=1/2(r^2)theta
I then get K=1/2(36)(.5) and get K=9 as a result

so now we know
K=9
Now i can plug that into the next formula to find s. K= 1/2(r)(s)
9=1/2(6)s
9=3s (divide by 3)
and get S=3cm
And now we are done and the final results are:
r =6cm
theta = .5 radians
s = 3 cm
k = 9cm^2
