Adding Matrices

In order to add -or subtract- matrices, one must have equivalent dimensions; so if your adding these: [2 14 53] + [2 33 21 15] you are not able to because the dimensions are not the same.

Ex. [1 14 52] + [11 32 85] (add the corresponding numbers -row one column one with row one column one etc.) = [12 46 137]
